Settlers Run has a new address - Bontanic Ridge.

In May this year, Botanic Ridge officially became Melbourne's newest suburb. Botanic Ridge will replace a section of Cranbourne South, and the new name is designed to reflect the rural surroundings and arguably the suburb’s finest feature, the Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne.

Settlers Run, which is now located in Botanic Ridge, runs alongside the Botanic Gardens, and offers residents a stunning outlook reinforcing the wide open spaces and the natural aspect of this spectacular development.

You can choose from large blocks of land surrounded by a Greg Norman-designed championship golf course, and many homesites offer views of Westernport Bay, the golf course, the city skyline or the Mt Dandenong Ranges.
