High Demand For Parkside Homesites

Medallist has unveiled the Parkside release at its premier residential development Settlers Run in Cranbourne South.

“My husband Daryl and I had our phones on 24/7 with a blank cheque in the glovebox of each car the family owned, just in case we weren’t together or one of us was at work when the release was announced,” Ms Burgin said.
“We initially had no intention of buying land to build a new home on. However, when a friend of ours purchased in one of the earlier releases, we decided to have a look at the estate and loved what we saw.
“Daryl and I both enjoy playing golf. However, between work and our hectic schedules we don’t get a chance to play as much as we would like, which is why the lifestyle at Settlers Run provides us with all of the facilities we need including the golf course, gym, indoor swimming pool and tennis courts.”
Located only 45 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, less than 15 minutes to bay beaches, less than an hour to the ocean beaches on the Mornington Peninsula and 25 minutes to the centres of Chadstone and Dandenong, Settlers Run is undeniably an excellent location.
Seventy per cent of homesites in the estate overlook the golf course or parks and overall, seventy per cent of Settlers Run is devoted to open spaces.
